Milan Fashion Week | Prada S/S 2010

With a more tame movement than her F/W collection, Miuccia Prada delivers a more calm and precise aesthetic for their Spring 2010 collection. Seeming to appeal to their actual consumer this time around, the collection lacks color and doesn't exactly convey a summer feel together, but individually each piece is light with subtle patterns and transparent - a big trend. Giving traditional workwear a new canvas - which we all can agree is needed in DC, the collection proves itself a winner with mesh knitwear that is modern opposed to other classic pieces that they are put upon. And while not exactly innovative, the collection gives us new ground to already classic pieces.
