With so much inspiration being taken from the 50's and 60's for this years menswear collections, its only fitting that a true fashionisto view the fashions from that era in their true form as well as the swagger of the men who wore them. Appropriately so, How to Marry a Millionaire happens to be a staple of 50's era fashion and will be playing - for your viewing pleasure - on the cool, green Lunar Lawn at Hillwood Museum and Gardens today. As a part of their third annual Divas Outdoors film series, a ticket also admits you to view the An Invitation to the Ball: Marjorie Post's Fancy Dress Costumes exhibit which, though centered around womenswear is no less interesting. Bring your picnic basket and blankets for comfort and your pen and notepad to take notes, there is much to be learned from the 50's era men that one can incorporate into their wardrobe today. Hope to see you there. More information after the jump.
