Who could have predicted this? A romantic collection embodied in a hip and urban environment. That pretty much sums up the Romance Was Born S/S 09-10 collection. Following by the namesake of the brand, the collection of shirts, shorts, trousers, outerwear and knitwear feature an assortment of romantic graphics including ‘Doilies & Pearls, Oysters & Shells’, mermaids, and others. With a colour palette that includes lots of colors that are dulled down in a bit of a fade, the collection exudes the thoughts that seem to be associated with romance. With varied silhouettes that are in the most part shapeless, it follows in suit with the billowy and careless mood that is a romantic. Accessories include classic slipper style shoes embezzled by sea shells and a urban fanny pack decorated with the same.
