Daniele Alessandrini is not a name we usually associate with great details, but they have completely re-worked their image with the A/W 09-10 collection of accessories. Consisting of footwear, belts, and ties, the collection is an endless range of excitement and variety, one that we rarely get with menswear. Footwear features the right balance of casualty and flash with ranging textures, a basic color palette, and contrasting detailing. The belts are very much the focus of the collection with looks ranging from basic black leather with fringing to embezzled brown leather. Fringing seems to take a center place while textures including leather, croc, and velvet. With mainstream collections taking a simpler, more classic take recently, these belts are a great way to bring the extra umph in any outfit.
