21st Century Abe Stove Pipe Hat by Quintin

With an online viewing of his heritage, 21st Century Abe Project are celebrating President Lincoln's 200th birthday.

Lots of exciting content can be found like musical works by Bryce Dessler of the National but I am more interested in the Stove Pipe Hat produced by Quintin.

Featuring a wool outer and satin lining-with a letter written by Gideon Welles by Lincoln on the inside reproducing a message sent in 1861 signaling the start of the Civil War-the hat is both stylish and historic.

Interesting note-Lincoln used to keep notes in his hat.
