Accessories Report | Moscot for Common Project Sunglasses

We are a little tired of the classic wayfarer style sunglasses that just about everyone is selling these days, but a simple alteration can make all the world of a difference. Such is the case when Common Projects, known for their footwear, collaborated with New York's own Moscot. Featuring a matte black frame with minimal detailing, the simple cut between the nose arch transformed a boring pair of wayfarers into something unexpected. Retailing for $285, they are a bit pricey but if you've got the cash then why not. They will be available in June from Moscot shops.

Lookbook Report | Balenciaga S/S 09

We got a glimpse a few months back of Balenciaga's hardbound S/S 09 Lookbook but now we are given an inclusive look that showcases the images shot by Ryan McGinley. Though it doesn't give us much of a look into the collection itself, knowing Balenciaga, we wont be disappointed as Nicolas Ghesquière always manages to find an equilibrium between creativity and practicality.

Trend Report | Acne Tank Tops

Being that it is the summertime, I find it only fit that we introduce some cool, easy, and fun pieces for you to swoon over. What is easier than a classic tank top(or wife beater, as we refer to them here in the District), right? Not much, but thanks to Acne, that doesn't make them any less complex or fashionable. Part of their S/S 09 collection, these tank tops are made of cotton, have a classic fit, and feature these fun abstract images that are easy to pull of and a bit complicated. My cart is already full with them, so hurry because I doubt these will last long. Get it here.
