Viktor & Rolf has decided to go a route they have never truly traveled before for Spring 2010 - which says a lot about the current state of menswear. Far going their usually complicated and structured etiquette when it comes to suiting, they have settled (for lack of a better term) on a motif that is relaxed and of ease. Soft silhouettes reign supreme while holding true their gentlemanly elegance; the muted color palette speaks with the same tune and follows what is expected during the spring season. The cuts remain masculine, but I can't help but wonder if this ease and softness is a sign of menswear doing a complete 320 on us. The design aesthetic, in specifics, is quite tamed but noticeably interesting is the greatness of the pre-wrinkle fabrics. More views...

Is Viktor and Rolf dutch?
Yes, they are. They are an international brand though.
