While "classics with a modern twist" is a phrase used entirely too much lately, sometimes its the only way to describe a collection. And I hate to say it, but Satykumar’s Autumn/Winter 2009 collection is "classic with a modern twist". Featuring somewhat boring pieces - trench coats, bomber jackets and sweatshirts - they are livened up with the use of unusual fabrics and extraordinary fits. We may be going a bit far here, but they are border line avant garde while staying true to their traditional silhouettes. Take a peek at the rest of the collection after the jump.
