Shoe Report | Burberry A/W 2009

Bringing back classics would not exactly be appropriate in this case given Burberry has never shied away from classics, its their aesthetic. So though the range is not at all unexpected, it is of great delight that they continue in their ode of perfection with leather low-tops, ankle-length booties, and little else. Clean lines and straight forward shapes are seen throughout and though we get some variety - tan, suede booties - the collection is, essentially, what all men should have in their closet, black and brown leather. The entire collection has DC written all over it. Don't you agree?!

slim shoes are always a good idea and i love that Burberry has worked most of this collection around slim, pointed shoes.

leather is love. and different colors of leather = more love.

suede is nice, but can only be worn on occasion. too much suede can just seem tasteless
