Shoe Report | Bruno Bordese F/W 09

Very seldom do I come across a collection with such profound variety that makes me squeal in my seat. To put it simply, Bruno Bordese Fall 2009 footwear collection made me squeal just as loud as a scream. The footwear range includes such a wide variety, from classics to modern, that its hard not to find something that tickles your fancy. Leather is throughout with quilting and brogue galore. Suede makes a few appearances along with a color palette that goes from burgundy to deep blue in a flash. Detailing is impeccable while quality is quite obvious. I especially find the suede slippers and quilted lace-ups to be fashion-forward. Following suit with all designer sneakerwear, the collection features high-tops and low-tops in interesting color schemes with features that are modern, fun, and complex. Perfect for DC, the collection includes footwear that can easily be worn on Capitol Hill and K Street or the U Street Corridor, Adams Morgan, and Dupont Circle. What more could you want.
